The Threshold Inc

The Threshold Inc was built in the 1970's, and is the home for adult day services for those with disabilities in the community.  It also has several offices for various other disability-related programs.  Due to the work involved, there have been a few clients with severe impairments that have passed away over the years.  Threshold is where they spent most of their days and they may have emotional ties to the building. Additionally, there is a cemetery behind the building that may be contributing to activity at the site.

During our investigation:

Throughout the building

· Lights behaved strangely throughout the building all night.

· Lots of sounds of the building settling, but also some loud knocks, bangs, etc. that seemed to come from inside the building.

Special Services

· Spirit box said the word “safe” over and over again

· Multiple people felt very drained in there throughout the night. KK became very much affected by something in this room at one point. She stood up walked towards the fax machine, said her head felt weird then she started walking back, sat down and was it almost like she was losing focus very fast... It was almost like watching someone’s entire energy just get zapped right out.”

· Multiple investigators experienced headaches and just a tired feeling in special services room

· Heard noises on the roof as if someone was walking around up there

· Tony saw on two separate occasions, shadow movements, one small and one that moved very quickly and was in the shape of a human. The movements were seen on cameras at base camp, video review however didn’t seem to capture any movement.

· Front desk bell went off when no one was up front (heard from Special Services)

· One of our resident psychics picked up on a “J” name in Special Services before it was revealed that there was a client named John that had passed.

· The name “John” came through the Spirit Box during a session in Special Services as well.

· Heard a whistle in Special Services room; also when Caitlin asked if a spirit could do a knock for us (she then knocked on the table twice), right after heard 2 knocks

Teal Room

· Strange EMF/temp reading in Teal room only at one spot on a table near the cabinets.

· After leaving and returning, the motion lights turned on and they noticed that a cabinet door was open that wasn’t before. A Rem Pod was placed in the cabinet and it started going off while the team members were discussing how the cabinet could have opened.

· Cat ball on the table also went off at that time.

Command

· Possibly heard a high voice say “aww”

· Shadows seen out of the corner of our eyes near door and lockers by the windows

Skylight Lounge

· A B name kept coming up, like a Beth or Elizabeth. Also the name Mary came up?

· Cat balls were placed throughout the room, and we had one keep going off next to the food processor, where there had been poltergeist activity during the daytime. (This happened simultaneously as the experience in Special Services with the apparition passing between two team members, and was also caught on camera)

· REM-pod started acting up when placed in the doorway of the closet; thought I saw a shadow in closet that connects to Teal room

· Went back to Teal room and 3 people had a strange reaction to closet once again (hairs on arms completely standing up and very uncomfortable feeling), which later dissipated as we went and sat down in there.
